I’m Aimee, owner and head Pastry Chef of Aimee’s Bakin’. I proudly graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI with an undergrad in Baking & Pastry Arts and an MBA. It is my mission to provide you 100% scratch-made cakes and desserts that are both delicious and beautiful. I take pride in using the best quality ingredients, balancing unique flavors, and executing a variety of cake designs from classic traditional styles to elevated elegance.

When I’m not baking, I enjoy traveling often with my husband, Zack, and our trio of Labrador retrievers (Pepper, Chili & Odin). I look forward to serving you and your guests for your next special event!
